Building Guidelines      
  • Adhere to all Duck Lake R.M. bylaws.
  • No mobile homes, trailers
  • No hunting or trapping may occur on any lot or within the development.
  • No waste, garbage, or refuse shall be dumped, placed, or stored on any lot or common area.
  • All household pets must be controlled, confined, and trained as to not become a nuisance.
  • Owners of the individual lots are responsible to put in a driveway/access with proper drainage, including culvert if needed.  
  • Owner of individual lot responsible for the cost of installing power and phone to the dwelling from the access  near each  lot.
  • Cannot resell a property for 3 years from the date of purchase unless a residence has been properly built on the premises.
  • Minimum dwelling floor area of 800 square feet.
  • No more than one dwelling per lot.
  • Lots are not to be subdivided.
  •  A  BUILDERS INCENTIVE: RM will  collect no municipal tax for the first year, the second year  will only collect half and on the third year will collect the full amount.
